Jim started home design and construction right out of high school. It is evidenced by designing his family home in West Virginia and his projects being featured in Our Home and Kitchen & Bath Design magazines. He originally started his career as a concrete laborer, worked his way into management, and soon became an Independent General Contractor in West Virginia and a Class A Virginia General Contractor. This path has led him to the building of residential and commercial real estate and he has directed condominium conversions of 4000+ unit projects in Naples, Cape Coral and Tampa Fl to date. In addition, Jim has managed projects from franchise hotels, Government contracts, US postal service contracts and financial institutions all along the east coast from North Atlantic to the Gulf. He now brings his endless experience to SWFL as a Licensed and Certified General Contractor.
